General Sir Brudenell White

General Sir Brudenell White was one of the men largely responsible for the successful raising of the Australian Imperial Force (AIF). From its inception in 1914, White held the vital role of administration of the AIF, ensuring that the battlefield commanders had the men, materiel and anything else they required.
